What exactly is the difference between an SD, Multi Media card, a high speed card and a regular ? (And what should I be using?)

SD is secure digital, MMC is multimedia. The two are almost the same except the MMC is about half as thick. High speed cards claim faster transfer rates but for the most part this will not affect you and regular cards will be fine.

Can you tell me if the HP Ipaq 2210, is able to use mmc as well as sd, i know it has the compact flash slot as well, but if I was able to use mmc cards instead of sd, then this would work well for my Nokia 6230, as it too uses mmc cards.
