Which backup / file copy software?

I would like some software which automatically - say once per day backs up my PPC to Secure Digital card.

It would also be useful if the same software synchronises the content of my 1GB Secure digital card with one or both partner PCs.

I have concluded that it is essential to have a fresh hard backup to restore from every day in the event of a hard reset otherwise you end up with duplicate, triplicate entries in Pocket Informant / Outlook. The standard method of backing up is not automatic and long winded.

Recommendations appreciated.

you can use sprite backup if you have an ipaq - the basic program comes on the cd with the unit, for a marginal upgrade fee you get the full program. scheduled b/ups, b/up to pc etc. check cd first, otherwise search for sprite software on google etc, or try handango.

Thanks for the recommendation, I don't have an ipaq but I did install the standard trial for Sprite and it seems very good. I will almost certainly buy it.
