i have this page on my server: - http://www.maxxedmotors.com/tester3.php

it uploads and resizes an image. IE doesn't show a browse button to explore and find pictures.

Does anyone know why? My Sony Ericsson P800 used to be able to do it.

Seem's like it's not a feature supported on IE for PPCs. Try another browser such as Netfront or Thunderhawk.
