Angry Bluetooth Headset Problems

Hi

When using my MDA Compact (Imate Jam on T-mobile) I am having real problems with my bluetooth headset. What happens is this:-

1) If I make a call, no problems, everything routes the headset with no issue.

2) If I receive a call on the device a number of things happen - none of which are helpful!

a) The headset ringer sounds in my ear but i cannot access the call by pressing the talk button on the headset

b) Due to the above I have to accept the call on the device which then doesn't route through to the headset

c) To get the call onto the headset I then have to press the talk button on the headset which either works and the call routes through, or it kills the call which is intensely irritating and has jumped my phone bill up!!

I have a BT JAbra 200 and have just ordered an HS850 headset.

Has anyone come across this before? Has anyone any good ideas before I throw the headset out of the window and become illegal on the road?

Help appreciated.

Cheers

Andy.

Information that i have is as follows:-

ROM version 1.01.00WE
ROM Date 10/21/04
EXTROM 1.01.128
windows mobile 2003 second edition
Version 4.21.1088 (build 14235.2.0.0.0)
processor Intel(R) PXA 272

THe other problem that i have is that whilst its an IMate Jam, i've got it on TMobile (UK) which means that they wont let me into the IMate forum and support as my IMEI is registered to someone else (TMobile presumably) and all they say is contact your service provider. Who are useless at things like this!

Andy
