medion pda language problem

Hi to everyone
I got a medion 40900 PDA but the language of windows mobile 2003 is in GERMAN.
Is anyone knows how to change to ENGLISH language of Windows Mobile?
please help

p.s: I've got a mitac mio 168 looks and works totally similar to medion 40900.
Can I back up mio's rom to storage card then restore to medion??? Is it possible, if yes How I am gonna back up the rom of my mio to storage card?
please help
