Serial number on the dell axim 5

Would anyone know where in the world the serial number is on the dell axim 5? I am in the midst of trying to load some software on one that I bought used, and it is calling for device serial number that "usually preceded with the characters"S/N" I am totally lost.

Have you tried looking inside the battery compartment? Just a suggestion.

Yeah you should find it behind the battery.
