you need to make sure you have activesync installed on your PC if you do not download from:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

Once the PDA is is connected via activesync insert your CD rom and install the drivers.

Best thing to do is also download pocketwinnc from
http://downloads-zdnet.com.com/Pocke...-10383474.html
This program is great it scans your wifi area and gives you information like:
SID, if WEP or WAP are being used, if you can get internet access.

Thanks for the quick reply I have activesync installed on my PC which syncronises a list of things calander, contacts, tasks, favorites, pocket access, inbox, notes and files but when I run the instal ldisk for the scandisk sd card this runs o.k. seems to put a seperate folder into the activesync folder on my pc but doesnt install any drivers onto the mio168
I have installed pocketwinnc with my mio attatched it installed o.k. but there is nothing showing on the mio168 to show its there. Could it be a faulty scandisk wi-fi card??

It could be faulty but it's probably just configuration. DO you have a utility installed into the PROGRAMS or SETTINGS pages of the MIO?
