Angry Getting Internet Via my Ericsson T68i and HP Ipaq 2215 Via Bluetooth

Hello, I'm new to this forum so hopefully you all will be able to help me out. I'm trying to connect to the internet using my pocket pc (HP Ipaq 2215. I am running with PPC Windows 2003 prem. with outlook 2002. I have an Ericsson T68i Cellphone with Bluetooth technology. I am subscribed to ATT GMS Service. I have been told that I need to subscribe to a plan for the internet. ATT told me that they are
7.99 for 1 meg.
12.99 for 4 megs.
19.99 for 8 megs.
I don't know if this is for downloading of if I need this just to surf. I was under the impression that my phone was just acting as a modem and I didn't need to purchase anything else. I don't know. I'm thoroughly confused and will happily accept any and all help I can get. Also I currently have Net Zero Free Service and AOL Standard Service as my isp's

Joshua I use O2 GPRS which is always connected access, I pay 02 directly by how much I download. You can also do WAP access, you dial a number to connect to the internet but it is slow than GPRS. I would recommend that you use GPRS but you can access WAP by making a Freeseve
account and just dialling up.
