Toshiba e310 sync

After successfully synching several times, now my Toshiba e310 pda is not detected when in the cradle. Troubleshooting done per algorithm. No success. Tech support at Toshiba says tech support on software will cost $30 an issue. Anyone have this problem?

Have your tired using a different port on your PC, maybe its an issue with your PC ports. When you connect to your port, check device manager to see if it even detects.

You can also try upgrading to Activesync version 3.7.1 form Microsoft's web site. This may just fix the problem!
