Default help with PDA's

To start of with i will say hello to everyone as i am new here.

i need about 5 PDA's for my salesmen/women.

my problem:

i own a big warehouse company, which deals with selling products to small stores, like supermarkets, restaurants etc..

i have 5 people working on the sales part of the company. and what they do is they go to the stores and take orders for delivery, but the problem is they use pen and paper. what i want them to do is use the PDA's.

what i need from PDA's:
i need the PDA's to be able to send information to the main computers that are at the office VIA email or something like it..

i need a database like software which the sales people just click on the product name and once they are finished with taking order then the PDA's should send the information to the main COMPUTERS at the office VIA email or word etc..

what is the best PDA's and best software and how do i set this system up, as in what accessories is needed.

thank you very much
