How to Completely Disable or Hide "Flight Mode"

Hi all.

We have a number of devices in the field - and the field guys (who aren't too PDA literate) keep putting their devices into flight mode and then wondering why they aren't receiving any new jobs.

I was wondering if there is a method for removing the flight mode option, or if that isn't possible hiding it or putting password/permissions on to it?

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated
