Which PDA [and GPS]

I am wondering which pda would suit my needs best. I want one that i can use GPS on as well, and download updated maps etc. I also want to be able to listen to music, watch video, some basic games [chess,backgammon etc-not necessary state of the art] and transfer basic files/email. i think with either ir or bluetooth, but not a necessity.
the main factor being low price....i have seen the mio168 and that looks good. Can anyone suggest any others, i have heard that you can get some for about £120 and then add on the gps but not sure of cost and reliability.
