Virtual Keyboard screen location

On my IPAQ 2210 (O/S - Windows Mobile 2003), the virtual keyboard occasionally appears at the top of the screen, not the bottom - obscuring the field I am trying to complete.

I can usually fix by selecting the Block Recogniser / Letter Recogniser (which then appears at the bottom as it should) - then closing this and reselecting the keyboard.

It happens quite often, and is quite an annoying bug. I've reset (both Hard and Soft) and not made any difference.

I've looked for patches / fixes on the web, and queried in other forums I belong to and no-one else seems to have this problem. The advice I've been given is to ask for help from the supplier (www.totalpda.co.uk) - can you guys advise?.
