error in GoToRecord using sun one sync

error in GoToRecord using sun one sync

I am having problems syncing my qtek V1620 pda, I've had is working at one time, but was forced to carry out a hard reset. I have managed to create a new partnership in microsoft active sync 3.8 but when i sync the pda with sunone sync software I get the following error messages:

error in GoToRecord

and
synchronization has aborted due to errors

If I force a full sync that works ok, but a standard sync doesn't

I have tried reinstalling the software and creating a new windows profile (2k) but no joy

The sunone ver is v1-1 Patch 2

any ideas
