Unhappy A new screen for my iPAQ, Help Please!!

Can anyone out there help me at all? I have had my Compaq iPAQ 3630 for a couple of years now but the screen is heavily scratched in certain areas. It makes using the handheld awkward and frustrating at times. Does anyone know where I can get replacement screens for it? I see Microsoft is selling protectors for the screen, but it is a new screen that I desperately need.
I would greatly appreciate anyones help in this matter.
Yours sincerley,

Jasonsaxo.
