Hello Kevin,

Well I have an Ipaq 2210 also with a bluetooth enabled Nokia 6310i phone. I had a heck of a time trying to figure out how to connect to the internet but finally cracked it!
First thing you must find out is whether your phone is data enabled. You must phone your network supplier (o2, vodaphone or whoever it is) and ask them to enable your phone - they should do this for no charge - or at least 02 didn't charge me but I don't know about the other networks! It can take upto 24 hours for them to enable your phone though hopefully will be a lot quicker!
You next (if you have not already done so) need to "pair" your Ipaq with your bluetooth phone - just follow the instructions you will have received with the phone/Ipaq - it's very easy.
You then need to decide who is going to be your "gateway" to the internet. My usual ISP for the net is Tiscali but I couldn't manage to connect to them with my Ipaq so I registered with Freeserve on their pay-as-you-go service. There is no charges other than phone charge when you are on-line. It is an 0845 number. I use the inclusive minutes that come with my phone contract. Freeserve will give you a username and password and a few settings that you need to input into your Ipaq to make it work. I got it working first time and am very impressed - no problems at all in fact.
If you have any further problems let me know - I am no expert myself but I may be able to help you!
Might be better to e-mail me directly as I don't visit this forum very often.
Regards and good luck!

Tom
