Toshiba E350

Hi

I have just got hold of a Toshiba E350 with TomTom V2.

It seems to work ok,I was just wondering if I can upgrade this without having to pay anything?

And will the speed camera database install?

Sorry to sound thick

I have checked threads cant seem to find the answers!
