Acer n50 premium red led flashing

Hi all.

I've purchase an Acer n50 premiumand so far so good. One niggling thing is that the red led is sometimes flashing and the battery is good and I've no alarms sounding, The manual says this is for email being received or battery/alarms. Does anyone else with one know what it is. The led is not always on but annoying when I dont know what it is.

It's not currently connected via irda, bluetooth or wifi.

I had this problem too once. It said the battery was low, even though it was full. I turned it off, left it for a while and when i came back it had fixed itself!!

Have you tried pressing the reset button just above the power button?

See if that works.
