iPAQ2210 and Nokia 6310i

HELP!!

I'm having trouble setting up my iPAQ 2210 to dial up via my nokia 6310i mobile phone to check for e-mail on our Exchange 2000 server. I can't even get the 2 devices to create a pair, please help!
