Default Going absolutely insane here...

Ive been experiencing problems with deleting older mp3 files that are on the storage card on my ipaq 3850. i have tried EVERYTHING! what shows up is "Cannot delete file ____ : Access is denied. Make sure your mobile device has sufficient memory, is not read only file....". I've checked to make sure there was enough memory on my card, that it was not read only, and all that jazz. I have even made sure that the programs were not running by doing a soft reset. My storage card is not locked. I cannot delete the files from my ipaq or from the laptop. If ANYONE can help me i would be absolutely ecstatic.
Thank you in advance!

Sounds like you need to format the storage card :-). Do you a storage card reader, they are very usefull and alot faster and copying and moving data.

Try downloading the 10 day trial version of Pocket Mechanic published by Anton Tomov (available from Handago.com). This is a really usefull app, with a couple of good tools for fixing / identifying "disk" / storage card problems (even a Registry Cleaner to get rid off all the invalid entries from trial software etc).
Its fixed a few problems on my iPAQ2210 (WM2003) and I think its worth paying for, to have a permanant copy.
