newbie having iwifi nternet problems

Hi guys, thanks for the great forum.

I set up a wireless network at home recently so I thought I'd put a Netgear ma701 CF WIFI card into my little Ipaq Hx2190.

Nice device for what I need it for, but I am unable to access the internet when I am connected to the home network. My home network is encrypted.

I thought encryption settings, network keys etc, but if I pick up open adhoc networks, airport lounges etc, same problem - no internet.

How do I configure for the internet. Internet connection via bluetooth phone works fine, but I want to use my home network, not my company phone.

I also have an issue where I am unable to configure the MA701 adaptor. System will load default settings only. Are there compatoibility issues with the netgear WIFI CF and the HX 2190?
