Pda Losing Data

I own as u might well know fom previous posts an Eten P300 i currently am using a eten SD card which isn't very high storage and i am running pocket windows 2003 newest version the only thing i have on there is a few MP3's and WMA files. Well anyway i was at work and everything was fine until i just wanted to check the time and when on the startup of the windows you get the screen alignment and asking for time that came up and all MP3's and word documents Solataire highscores had all disapeared can some please help????????

Looks like the Hard Reset fairy visited you ....... cause usually .......you turned it on in your pocket and the battery went flat...... Ouch
