Default Problem with loading mioMaps

I have a Mio A201 digiwalker that I am trying to load with MioMaps version3.
whilst I can load the install software on to my PC, each time I try & upload a map to the mio I get the following message.
"Unknown device processor type. 2577 or OS(351)" as I select the storage card option on the sotware.
Can anyone assist?

Do I need later version software?

Do I have the wrong type of SD storage card?

Any asistance greatfully rceived
