Welcome to our forums.
Select OTHER CABLE NMEW, baud 4800 and SP2 port.

I'd also remove Navigon.

The following is an answer I gave to a similar question in another forum. All or some may help you with your problem.

"other cable nmea gps, baud rate 4800,serial cable on sp2" is the recommended setting. However, my son, a mate and myself have found an improvement by Configuring to TomTom Cable GPS but either will work.

When you start TomTom, tap on the radio bars, bottom right and in the lower 'grey' area check to see you have version 5.210, if you haven't there is a free download from the TomTom site.

For a first fix you need to go outside under an unobstructed sky and wait, could take 30 minutes or more, could be as long as 45 minutes, but once you've locked on for the first time, locks will become quicker, ususally under 2 minutes.

When you get it going you will probably find the Postcode search, on Page 2, won't work. If it doesn't you will need to add an empty folder on your SD Card and name it tomtom

When you use Postcode search you must enter the postcode without a space e.g. AB12CD

Another thing is make sure you turn off your POI's or the screen refresh will be a bit slow. You can still use Manage POI - Warn when near without any ill effect, or Navigate to POI.

Nearly forgot, the 168 runs better if you make sure there are no programmes running in the background. Start - Settings - System - Memory - Running Programs.
