Hiya everyone,

i bought a SD card on mobilefun.co.uk. As it was not working on my HTC Wizard, i sent it back to get my refund. Several emails later, in which i tried to find a solution that is satisfactory for both sides, i decided to give up.
I 60 pound on that, so be aware of mobilefun.co.uk. The problem is, that i stayed in the UK for six months and i'll be going back to germany soon. But at least, i can warn all of you buying from mobilefun!!!
To give you proof for this, i added all the emails i sent and they sent:

1.

'customer.services@mobilefun.co.uk' Refund for order no.: MF843859 11.06.2006 2 KB

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madame,

The refund you said you sent is still not on my account. Is it possible to get one of your products instead?
If nothing's gonna work, you'll leave me no other choice and i'll have to take further actions! But i would be pleased if we can solve this problem together, to our both satisfaction.

I'm looking forward for your response. By the way, i would be happy to get personalized emails, no ready made ones!

'supervisor@mobilefun.co.uk' Last try... Refund on: MF843859 Mo 19:45 96 KB

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is my last try, to solve things satisfatory for both sides! If you do not respond within three weekdays, i will take further actions!
I sent you several email on getting my refund for the order no.: MF843859. I received to emails, saying that you sent the refund and that i'll may have to wait up to three workingdays. However, i still don't have the money! All i got, were automated emails. This is absolutly not acceptable.
I'll still leave you the offer to sent me my refund or a voucher, to get something else.

Annex:

The emails i've sent and received.

wow they sure do give us the runaround dont they i have many simular problems with web based companies just mention that your are going to the local magistrates court for a small claims pack and that this will if you win the case put a black mark against the company they will incur court costs as well as the cost to you and they will be ordered by the courts to settle within a certain time period this as worked for me every time.

good luck
