problems

ive just set up my new hp jornard 920 pc phone
ive found the cradel is foulty?, the only way i got sync to work was via the other cable supplied to rear of pc, also T-MOBILE TELLS ME THAY DONT SUPPORT THIS ITEM?? CAN SOME ONE TELL ME WHO DOES PLEASE ON PAY AS YOU GO.

T-Mobile will not support it due to they dont brand it as theres, just like orange wont support the XDA due to it is branded to O2.
