Free GPS software for Pocket PC

Does anyone know of any good software out there I can use to track myself in the Gulf of Mexico/Yucatan coast/Grand Caymans/Florida (and around that area). I have an IPAQ 2210 with bluetooth receiver and am looking for free software which might be able to do this. Maps are not compulsory although will help, including scanning one of my own in and importing it.)
