bluetooth stack

I keep getting "unable to load bluetooth stack" what does this mean & how can I cure it

Also new to this connectivity game. I pair my phone to the ipaq, now how do I connect to the web & make & recieve emails?

is this error message on your PDA, i recommend that you backup the PDA then try hard reseting.

Just found a higher version of bluetooth driver on the compaq site.
What about the other questions I posed?

What you need to have is a data enabled sim card, you can either use WAP or GPRS to connect to the internet. I have created a usermanual for connecting to your the internet via phone and PDA, if you email me i will be happy to send you the PDF file.
