Best pocket pc for use with tom tom gps

Hi,
I am looking the best pocket pc for using with tom tom gps software. From what I can gather it should be reasonably powerful and have good speakers/sound card?! Not too expensive!

Basically what I want is a in car navigation system, that can be easily transferred from one vehicle to another. I don't know a great deal about pocket pc's or gps software, so if anybody has any better solutions I would be grateful to hear about it.

Does it have to be a PDA is it only for sat nav?
