New Pda with TomTom worked now .. NOT

Hi I have a HP 2210 had it 2 days and the tomtom worked today but came to go out tonight and the sat nav progrm will not open, I press the screen and the sign comes up to say thinking and then nothing it goes back to a normal screen as if I had done nothing.... I really would like help as loads of money for something and it is prob something simple. I have reloaded the satnav still nothin...

Turn the PDA over on the back bottom left hand side there is a small hole, tap it in (soft reset) dont worry you wont loose any data.
