Does it show in start>programs?

Did you install on the PC, then connect the Acer using active sync to load to your PDA?

Is there an option for pocket msn rather than msn messenger anywhere?

What about under remove programs does it appear there?

If not try reinstalling it.

How are you connecting to the internet on the acer?
