Windows Mobile 5 Phone voice tags

I find the voice controller very handy on my htc tytn, but I can't find a way of doing either of the following things:

answering phone with a voice command.

either voice tag for speakerphone or auto speakerphone on function
can anyone heoe

I've never seen functions like that on mine only voice speed dial.
