Cool Predicitve text, predicts my passwords!

Hi, i have an iPaq hx2790b and i use the encrypt files facility. However, anything i type into my ipaq seems to be entered into predicitve text. As i have a memory like a sieve i also put all my passwords into an encrypted word mobile file. Now when i started some words it pops up my passwords which isn;t too great a security risk but it is still a factor. Does anyone know where it stores all the typed words so i can delete the file or can you turn the predictive text off?

You can turn it off. When your entering text there should be a keyboard icon at the bottom of the screen. If you tap that then options then the word completion tab. You can then untick suggest words.
