Question Old Software

I have a second hand 2210 with the remnants of TT3 installed which I cannot remove fully. I Have removed all information on my PC/registry but 3 map files still exist in the remove software menu, no matter how often i try to remove them.

I am trying to install my own TT3 but the old stuff is still in the ipaq. How do I remove all the old stuff; device number/activation code etc so I can install my own new software?

Hard reset your PDA, check your usermanual on how to do that.

Take the battery out the back of PDA and leave over night, it should ask you to align the screen again, everything should be off the PDA.
