hi i have downloaded Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC SDK file to upgrade from mobile 2003 to mobile 5 but when i run it i get a message like this

i click on open browser and it takes me here.it wants me to pay about £200 to download.please help me i will be great full thnx
