Question please help
i have a compaq 3635 it crashed on me but when i try to reset it,it goes on the alignment screen and i cannot get any futher as it keeps going in a loop any help would be appriciated

Are you accuratley tapping on the crosshairs when alligning? If so then there may be something wrong with the touchscreen.
