Screen problem

We bought 3 jornada 928's a few months back, and one has decided that it will not allow screentouch to work anymore.

I have tried reset and hard reset with power on/off while resetting, and it just takes me to screen align, but cannot continue further.

All other buttons work fine!

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated (hope screen is not gone!)

If you've tried hard/soft reset's and it's still the same then it looks as though it has failed.

It seems to wake up with light on/off on screen when i switch it.

On one of the other pda's that are ok, when poering off and on rapidly a screen off/on option sufaces. But not on the faulty pda.

What about re-installing os. Can't find my disks though. I have cases with product keys for pocketpc 2002. Is there somewhere i can download the cd contents and just use my product code?

The OS doesn't come on CD, it's programmed into a ROM chip inside the iPAQ.
You could try a later ROM version from Hp's site to see if that fixes it but be warned it could make things worse.
