Ipaq2210 ROM update

installing this update deletes all data on your ipaq.... so does this rom update contain the standard bits n bobs like appointments, contacts, tasks, etc ????

if not, how do i get them back?? as they're not on the cd that came with the ipaq.

The update only deletes data you have installed to the IPAQ...the standardbits n bobs will remain or are updated but you will not lose them.
