Jornada 928 with T-mobile or Vodafone... help!

Hi.

A quick question.

Has anyone successfully set up their Jornada to access GPRS (internet, not WAP) using EITHER Vodafone on a pay as you talk plan with data enabled, OR a pay monthly T-mobile account?

I have both SIM cards and am desperately trying to get the Jornada to work with one of them so I can use it abroad. So far the only company I've had success with is Orange, and I can't use that SIM for roaming. Customer services (other than at Orange) are being their usual helpful selves. I've tried the settings at http://www.filesaveas.com/gprs.html, and they don't work. Neither do the Vodafone settings that were already on the machine. My best bet is obviously to get the info from someone who's already done it.

I had the same problem with Vodafone PAYT, change the APN address to: pp.vodafone.co.uk

password: web, username: web

cured it for me !

Thanks a million, Daz. Your help is really appreciated. Now all I have to worry about is whether Vodafone partners have a decent network in Turkey...
