help needed please

hello all,

can anyone help me ive just bought a medion pcc250 from ebay, the guy sent it to me and all looked great and it worked well, the only problem is the 256 mmc card supplied does not work. i have been doinig some reasearch and i have found out that i need the original 256 card to work as it has the software on it that i have to install onto the pcc250.
i cant do it from the supplied disks as they only contain maps and stuff. what is my best option, and all advice/info is greatly appeciated

If the seller said this was provided, than you need to bring it up with them & ebay!
