Synchronising with server

iPAQ h5550, not yet tried this but on the activesync page,it shows ERRORS, which I then press and it tells me Error code:INTERNET_7. Anybody know what's wrong and more importantly, how to fix it? Can I sync. with my server via bluetooth or wireless? Forgive my ignorance, wasn't the reason for buying.
