Problems loading Activ Sync

Sorry if this question has been asked, I did a search to no avail.

I am trying to install Activ Sync 4.5, after a minuite or so it displays a message saying the installation was interuppted and the program has not been installed.

I have tried turning off my McAfree Firewalls without sucess.

Can anyone help?
