Disaster ! T Mobile Vario 111

In the current edition, I tried to carry out the advice given to activate the GPS applet. (page 17, item 15.) I deleted the DWORD named HIDE and then managed to screw myself up as I couldn't see the 'tap menu'. I seem to be in a position that I've now lost my TomTom satellite lock on.
What I want to know please, is
1. What is the line of data I need to reinstall, and,
2, How do I reinstall it ?
