[What to buy?]

Hi, I have birthday soon, and I'm thinking of getting a PDA as a present.
First, I'm getting 16, and I do not really know if i really use it much, I like anything that has to do with computers, and hi-tech and stuff.
I'd like to hear some of your ideas on what to buy, or if i even should consider getting something else for my birthday.

I've been looking at these:
glofiish x800
glofiish x650
iPhone

What is a must is, GSM, WiFi, Bluetooth, MS Mobile 6 (preferably), VGA display or crappier, but explain why, preferably like 500Mhz cpu speed, and reasonably much memory.
Any suggestions?
And please take the price under consideration.
Oh and please comment those 2(3) PDAs.
