Default Medion Navigator 5 + POI query....

Excuse my ignorance if the answer to my question is obvious!
I've downloaded a POI file showing BT OpenZone sites which turns out to be in *.csv format.

My Medion Navigator 5 map is stored on a memory card : the map is one large file only, in a directory named "British Isles".
All other files are stored on the PDA itself.

Do I have to convert the *.csv file to work on the Medion system, and if so, to what format ?
Either way, which folder should I copy the file to?

Thanks in advance....
