Default POP and SMTP setup

Hi,

I do not have a PDA/Smartphone, but am looking at buying one. I am interested in the type that have a qwerty slide out board.

Anyway, can someone please tell me if I can send/receive email - I have my own pop and smtp service, so can I set up my mail account as I have in MS Outlook for example, or do I have to subscribe to another service.

Thanks in advance

Adrian

You will be able to put your pop3 login details into a pda phone so that you can access your mail.
Outlook is built into the windows software so you can have details for mulitple accounts and access them whenever you want.
