Recommendations

Hi everyone

I'm new to this smartphone/pda thing and am looking to purchase my first one. What would you recommend for the following requirements?

- Using Windows so can be synced with laptop.
- Text recongition so can write notes directly on screen and save.
- Smallish, fit comfortably in pocket.
- Voice recorder.
- Used as a phone in UK.
