compaq backup battery

Default compaq backup battery
hi

I have a comapq 3760, if i dont keep on charge for over a week it loses battery power and does a full system reset , is there a internal battery to back up settings if battery is completey dead ?

The 37xx series have built in Li-Ion batteries but no dedicated backup batteries.
