TOMTOM Navigator 3 Wired - question

Im going to get a TOMTOM Navigator 3 Wired soon, but i need to know if has a battery pack, so i can have my ipaq h4150 and the tomtom 3 when im on foot and it will work.
Also, i have found a place selling this at £140, is this ok?
