Psion MX5 failure

Good day
Can anyone help me?
I have three Psion MX5 which are vital to my business
I have a Master, two which I keep backed up and also onto a flash card.
Today, My Master Psion failed. I opened it and it beeped and then the screen just appreared to have a very large number of lines accross it
Has it died or is their any remedy
All help greatly apprecited!
